Sitting with Santa recently at the St. George’s Golf & Country Club, sources informed Pro Shop Magazine and the Golf Industry Network that members have agreed to host the 2020 and 2014 RBC Canadian Open. Golf Canada has not confirmed the location for these dates but we assume there will be no objection. St. Georges has hosted the Canadian Open five times – in 1933, 1949, 1960, 1968 and most recently, 2010. For 2019 and 2023 the RBC Canadian Open will be played at the Hamilton Golf and Country Club.
