Shuswap golf course hits the market for $2.85M

Eagle River Golf & Country Club in Sicamous has hit the market and it’s listed for $2.85 million.

It’s a nine-hole golf course spread across nearly 35 acres of property along the Eagle River, which has been under the same ownership for the past 36 years.

The listing from realtor Gene Wolverton says the owner is “ready to pass his legacy on.”

The par 33 (34 for ladies) course has a practice putting green and comes with 19 power carts, a clubhouse with pro shop, a 142-seat fully licenced restaurant and all the necessary outbuildings for maintenance.

If you need to sell your house to afford the golf course, there are no worries there both thanks to a pair of residential suites with five combined bedrooms on the upper floor of the clubhouse.

In addition to the golf course, the new owner would also take control of the 10 fully-serviced RV camping sites located just steps from the clubhouse along the Eagle River.
