After 10 years and almost 150 episodes on the Golf Channel, the Emmy-nominated series that started in 2011 will not be renewed. Due to a combination of the pandemic and the Golf Channel’s move from Orlando to NBC studios in New York impacted the decision to halt production on any future shows.
David Feherty was outspoken and one of the most hilarious and influential golf broadcasters for years and a must-watch for all golfers. Feherty said “He did not know the reasons but maybe a combination of things. Maybe it was just time”. Feherty will continue to be part of NBC and Golf Channel’s event coverage.
