ECCO Renews National Partnership with PGA of Canada to become Supporting Partner of the PGA National Awards and PGA Player Rankings

The PGA of Canada announced that it has renewed its national partnership with long-time partner ECCO.

The agreement between the PGA of Canada and the innovative shoe manufacturer will see an enhancement in ECCO’s presence digitally and at multiple PGA of Canada events, including the National Awards and Canada Night, where the association celebrates the significant accomplishments from the top professionals in the country.

“ECCO has been an incredible partner to the PGA of Canada for many years and we are thrilled to continue building our relationship as national partners,” says PGA of Canada CEO Kevin Thistle. “ECCO is well known for the quality and excellence of their product so their support of our National Awards and our National Player Rankings really seems like a fantastic fit.”

The partnership includes multiple benefits for PGA of Canada members. In addition to members receiving special partner pricing off of ECCO product, the top-of-the-line manufacturer will provide each National Award recipient with a pair of shoes of their choice.

In addition, ECCO will become a supporting partner of the PGA Player Rankings and will provide any ECCO product of their choice up to a $300 value for each of the top-5 players each year including the PGA of Canada Professional that earns the exemption into the RBC Canadian Open.

“ECCO Canada is proud to continue this exceptional partnership with the PGA of Canada,” said Todd Davidson, ECCO Canada’s National Sales Manager. “We feel that supporting the National Awards and the National Player Rankings are both important and meaningful platforms. This association has shown us perpetual support since our launch 25 years ago in Canada so we are thrilled to reciprocate. PGA of Canada Professionals are great friends of our brand and we are thrilled for that to continue.”

ECCO is one of the world’s leading shoe brands, combining style and comfort. ECCO’s success is built on products with a great fit and top-quality leathers.
