Golf courses around Cambridge, Kitchener/Waterloo, Brantford and near the Grand River are feeling the effects of a storm this past weekend. Vulnerable areas were hit with flooding Saturday as swift currents brought trees and debris down the Grand River. Flows on the Grand peaked around noon Saturday in the 900 cubic metres per second range. Typical summer flow is 15 cubic metres per second.
