TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley has engaged Hicks Design Studio on development of a new clubhouse

TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley has engaged Hicks Design Studio on development of a new clubhouse, on-site accommodation and corporate retreat space to enhance all facilities at Canada’s first and only TPC Network facility starting in 2019.

Hicks Design Studio, one of Canada’s leading architectural design firms for custom residential homes and clubhouses, has over 60 golf clubhouses across Canada in its portfolio and will lead development of the project, which aims to bring the best of modern amenities to TPC Toronto while retaining the property’s signature natural, relaxed atmosphere.

The announcement comes just over a year after TPC Toronto’s introduction as the first Canadian property to join the 31 other world-class golf destinations in the TPC Network.

“We have long been looking forward to the future of our property and the addition of new amenities to our three courses, and the development of a new clubhouse and on-site accommodation comes as a transformational moment in Osprey Valley’s history,” said Osprey Valley President Chris Humeniuk. “We are thrilled to be working with Hicks Design Studio to help us bring the vision of this special place to life.”

The new facilities aim to increase TPC Toronto’s appeal as one of Canada’s top golf destinations for a wide array of golfers and visitors, increasing the property’s allure for a diverse set of events from destination golf trips to corporate events, gatherings and weddings.

“From the minute you arrive at TPC Toronto, you can tell this property is a special place with remarkable potential,” said William Hicks, Founder of Hicks Design Studio and a member of the Ontario Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. “We’re elated to be working on this project and look forward to bringing something truly unique to this property.”

Located just 45 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport, TPC Toronto is one of Canada’s top golf destinations featuring three Doug Carrick-designed courses.
