At Cole + Parker we design bold, colorful, premium quality men’s and women’s socks since 2013. We currently have over 60 designs and all formats i.e., crew, ankle, no-show, low-cut for men and women. You won’t find our products being sold in any big box or national retail chains or on Amazon etc. In order to maintain this premium brand value, we never discount or run promotions on our socks. Our socks can only be found in Greengrass pro shops, Specialty Independent Golf Shops and high-end men/women fashion retail stores across North America.
The ideal C+P Independent Sales Representative (ISR) would be:
A self-starter, motivated entrepreneur looking to work with a fun and dynamic brand. As a C+P ISR,
It would be your responsibility and initiative in finding potential customers, develop relationships, educate and guiding customers through the sales process to best meet their needs. You would need to have excellent communication skills and must be well versed in the art of B2B sales and negotiations. This position is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented and enjoys managing their own business and client base.
Duties + Responsibilities:
o Develop relationships with new + existing clients to determine their needs
o Recommend our products to meet those needs o Work with C+P management to develop solutions for your clients
o Represent and serve customer by selling C+P socks and meeting customer needs
o Present C+P sell sheets and sell in programs to new and existing customers
o Service existing accounts to ensure customers are delighted by the C+P experience, service and products
o Obtain and submit orders to C+P team for processing
o Provide customer insights and feedback to C+P team
o Relay any customer complaints and/or issues to the C+P team immediately
o Visit and service accounts throughout the seasons
Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 year of experience selling golf apparel and/or equipment
o Proven track record with minimum 5 years selling into Greengrass pro shops
o 3-5-year history with existing brands
o Existing relationships within the Greengrass pro shops in your territory
o Ability to travel to trade shows to promote the C+P brand (when applicable)
o Ability to set-up industry events to promote and gain exposure for the C+P brand
o Engage with the golf community online and offline
o Minimum 5 years small business experiences
