Jeff Moore, PGA of Canada Head Professional and Business Manager for Golf Operations for the City of Brantford and the 2011 Ontario PGA Junior Leader of the Year runs a very successful junior program at the Northridge Municipal Golf Course and Learning Centre in Brantford, Ontario. Unfortunately, one of his students was in violation of the club’s dress code.
