Nationview Golf Course south of Ottawa has served several North Dundas and North Grenville towns, for 25 years. It is a challenging 18-hole par 72 golf course that was designed and constructed by Doug Durant and family in 1994-96, on 130 acres of previously undeveloped land. Nationview Golf Couse opened in June 14, 1997 for the first full season.
It is being reported that the course is closing but circumstances surrounding the closure are unclear at this time. Local news outlets report the course was due to close November 1st but all attempts to reach the club have failed and the answering machine says the course is closed.
