The Maple Leaf Junior Tour (MJT), Canada’s number one-played junior golf tour and the ‘Road to College Golf’ in Canada, is pleased to announce the renewal of a major sponsorship agreement with TaylorMade Golf Canada, premier manufacturer of high-performance golf equipment with industry-leading innovative products.
A key supporter of junior golf in Canada, TaylorMade will continue to be a foundation for players competing on the MJT in 2022 and 2023, as the multi-year sponsorship deal encompasses the Official Ball of the MJT with TP5 and TP5X Golf Balls for players at every tournament; TaylorMade golf hats for the TaylorMade Long Drive Competition at each event; and TaylorMade Golf prizing options across the country.
The record-breaking schedule of close to 100 events on the MJT this season will again feature the popular TaylorMade Series of major junior golf tournaments, as well as renewed sponsorship of the prestigious MJT National Championship presented by TaylorMade and adidas Golf at Orange County National, in Orlando, FL, from November 10 to 13, 2022.
“We are extremely proud to continue our partnership with the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour,” said David Bradley, General Manager of TaylorMade Golf Canada. “Not only is it amazing to be able to support junior golf across the country, but also to work alongside an organization like the MJT, which plays an integral role in giving junior golfers access to the game as well as developing talented players from coast-to-coast.”
Trent Matson, MJT National Operations Director, stated, “We are very proud to be partnered with the most innovative equipment company in golf today. Our players greatly benefit from TaylorMade’s commitment to junior golf and their generous support continues to elevate MJT as the number-one played Junior Golf Tour in Canada.”
