Position Title: Independent Sales Representative – GTA & N. Ontario Location: Ontario, Canada Duration: Full-Time Commission Range: $45,000 to 50,000+

Position Summary:
As an Independent sales representative of G&G Golf Company, you will be a self-employed salesperson who sells a selection of our products to a range of different customers within the green grass distribution channel in the Ontario golf industry. The brands in this product portfolio include Bermuda Sands Apparel, Prodigy Headwear, Imperial Headwear, Big Max Golf Bags and Carts, MXM Golf and more. This role involves tasks such as networking at conferences and trade events, and selling the unique features and benefits of the products we offer to new and existing customers. This role also involves travel between customers and can require irregular hours. As an Independent sales representative, you should be a confident and persuasive speaker, be comfortable ‘cold calling’ and networking, and have the stamina to work long hours when required.
Responsibilities:
An Independent sales representative at G&G Golf is responsible for a wide variety of duties including, but not limited to:
Identify prospective customers by following leads from existing clients or attending events and conferences, to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
Build accounts and relationships with their customers, both new clients and existing ones, by discussing the client’s needs and explaining how specific products or services can help them.
Advising customers on product benefits and being able to sell the unique points of these products and services. Emphasize the benefits and features of products and how customers can make the best use of them.
Negotiate product sales, terms of sales, service agreements, and prices for customers. Prepare sales orders and ensure that orders are submitted for processing.
Follow up with customers to ensure they’re satisfied with their purchases and to answer questions or concerns that they may have.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Candidate must have a solid understanding of all aspects of golf products and apparel including merchandising and buying experience.
- Candidate must possess excellent organization and product presentation skills.
- Customer service skills – be able to understand the customer’s needs before, during, and after a sale.
- Interpersonal skills – must be a highly effective communicator both verbally and in writing and be able to communicate and work well with different types of people, building good relationships with all.
- Self-confidence – a confident and persuasive personality is vital to success as the job can involve cold calling, and talking to prospective customers who are not expecting their call.
- Networking – it is important to build relationships and contact lists in order to increase the chances of making a sale in the future.
- Must also be a self-starter and have superior time management skills, be disciplined and detail oriented.

Position Title: Corporate Sales Manager Location: Langley, BC, Canada Duration: Full-Time Salary Range: $60K-$110K annually (salary + commission)

Position Summary:
As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and increasing sales revenue from new and existing accounts that compete as distributors of promotional advertising products selling branded merchandise. You will establish and manage a team of inside and outside sales professionals to form a corporate sales department. Brands included but not limited to are; TravisMathew, New Balance Golf, Imperial Headwear and Barrington Gifts.
Responsibilities:
• As the leader of this department, in conjunction with the company’s team of sales reps you will manage and develop existing accounts and grow revenues generated from the selling of branded merchandise.
• Perform market analysis, establish strategies, and implement counter measures to outperform competitors and make recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improved performance within this market segment.
• Utilizing G&G’s team of sales reps or hire new sales reps in order to develop a corporate sales force.
• Develop sales strategies supported by compelling presentations that will enable a selling relationship with targeted new clients that compete as distributors of promotional advertising products.
• Analyze industry trends and position the company to be able to identify and respond to new business and growth opportunities.
• Support the team of sales reps and empower them to develop and build strong account relationships.
• Represent the company at trade shows and other trade forums to promote our organization and the various products that we offer.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience within promotional advertising products sector is preferred.
• Candidate must possess prominent organization skills, presentation skills and be excellent at following up. Must also have superior time management skills, be disciplined, and be detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required and be someone that can build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Highly detailed, organized thinker who can strive in a fast-paced environment and competitive industry.
• The successful candidate will be someone great at working with a variety of people while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must have a solid understanding in all aspects of promotional product sales, including business planning.

Position Title: Soft Goods Brand Manager Location: Langley, BC, Canada Duration: Full-Time Salary Range: $70K-$100K (salary + commission)

Position Summary: You will be heavily involved in TravisMathew & New Balance Golf’s brand management activities. Your responsibilities will range from being a product specialist, planning tradeshows to developing brand positioning. The management team will hear your ideas and opinions but most importantly, you will be able to use your knowledge and creativity to help TravisMathew grow market share and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
• Product Knowledge for all aspects of the brand
• Strong understanding of the Canadian golf & apparel industry
• Develop programs and sales initiatives throughout the year
• Develop and successfully manage sales support with major retailers, national accounts and nationwide key accounts
• Develop tradeshow booth concept annually
• Develop innovative customer build-outs, retail displays and point of purchase materials
• Work with the purchasing team to plan each season’s buy and set pricing structure
• Work with the graphics and marketing team to develop print, web and e-mail marketing campaigns
