Dynamic Brands announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the assets of FLAGPOLE TO- GO™ Portable Telescopic Flag Poles and Accessories from JTD Enterprises. The acquisition adds another recognizable and respected sports and recreational brand to a strong portfolio which includes Bag Boy, Burton, Datrek, Devant Sport Towels, IGOTCHA®, Riksha and SEARCH ‘N RESCUE®.
FLAGPOLE TO-GO™ is a sports accessory company known for its telescopic flag poles available in 6 different lengths that extend from 6 to 28 feet. These premium (patent pending) aluminum flag poles are portable, adjustable and lightweight with cam-locking action, allowing each section to lock in place so it will not collapse when extended. They are used at tailgate parties, parades, stadium events, graduations, campsites, family reunions and picnics. Additional accessories offered include 8 different mounting brackets, 3 specialty flagpoles as well as more traditional garden and wall mounted flag poles. Licensed flags are also available for collegiate, MLB and NFL teams.
Established in 1979, JTD Enterprises was founded as a tubular fabrication and custom assemblies source. During that same time, JTD Enterprises developed the SEARCH ‘N RESCUE® brand of golf ball retrievers with the same premium telescopic assemblies. In July of 2017, Dynamic Brands acquired the asset acquisition of SEARCH ‘N RESCUE® from JTD Enterprises.
