The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association (CGSA) and Rain Bird announced the renewed three-year partnership agreement which includes exclusive sponsorship of the CGSA/Rain Bird Environmental Achievement Award. As a Silver sponsor, Rain Bird will also be a sponsor at The Canadian Golf Course Management Conference (CGCMC).

The CGSA/Rain Bird Environmental Achievement Award recognizes the achievements of golf course superintendents and their staff in promoting and preserving the special relationship between golf course properties and environmentally sustainable business practices. It helps to promote the stewardship role that superintendents play with respect to the environment and it highlights the projects, management practices and innovations that golf course managers are implementing on an ongoing basis.
The Award winner will receive an All-Access registration for themselves and two team members to The Canadian 2021 Golf Course Management Conference, a prize package and a plaque. The winner will be acknowledged during the awards ceremony. Applications are now open for the CGSA/Rain Bird Environmental Achievement Award.
