Shaughnessy is pleased to announce Ashley
Zibrik as the Club’s new Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional. She
becomes the 8th and the 1st female Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional
in Shaughnessy’s 108‐year history.
She has served as an Associate Professional at Shaughnessy since 2012.
Ashley has been a PGA of Canada Professional since 2007 and is currently
serving her 4th year on the PGA of BC Board of Directors, where she is the VP
of Administration and a Career Advisor.
Ashley was named the PGA of Canada’s Class “A” Professional of the Year in 2016
(Moe Norman Award) and received the Association’s Professional Development
Award in 2014 (Tex Noble Award). To this day, she remains the only woman to win
either of those national awards.
Ashley won two NCAA Division I tournaments while attending Boise State
University. Ashley is also two‐time winner of the PGA of BC Women’s
Championship (2012 and 2018). “Shaughnessy is a club rich in tradition and

career accomplishments and drive for continuous success truly exemplifies the
Shaughnessy Experience our members have come to expect and deserve. We look
