This past week Canada was well represented and performed well at the Amateur Long Drive Championships in Myrtle Beach. Congratulations to all participants.
ALD Canada is a long drive tour composed of a Series of events across Canada. Series events cater to all ages with hitters competing in divisions by age and gender. Once you get your Tour Card, members can compete in any ALD Series worldwide to earn ranking points. Top points winners qualify to enter the ALD World Championships.
The Amateur Long Drive (ALD) seasons run from September 1 through August 31st. The ALD Championship Series consists of multiple long drive tournaments (40+) conducted within leagues across the United States and Canada in conjunction with four (4) Regional Major Qualifiers and an annual World Championship. Each league and Regional Major will have competitors vying for world ranking points to make their way into the ALD World Championship at the end of the season.
