Pillitteri Estates Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, producer of premium VQA wines has partnered with Canadian professional golfer Taylor Pendrith to produce the Taylor Pendrith Wine Collection.
The Taylor Pendrith Wine Collection consists of a VQA Red and VQA White wine, grown and produced in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Both wines are blended by Pillitteri’s expert winemakers with input and tasting trials conducted with Taylor and his family. The wines are available across Canada, online at store.pillitteri.com and retail for $20 a bottle. Tastings of the wines are available at Pillitteri Estates Winery retail store in Niagara-on-the-Lake Ontario.
Taylor and winery founder Gary Pillitteri celebrated the wine launch with a toast at the winery on October 2nd, sharing golf tips and winemaking secrets over a glass of the newly released wines. “This is a wonderful collection of wines we have created for Taylor. I am excited to see the wines shared and enjoyed by golfers around the country and to celebrate a talented young golfer in Taylor”, Gary said while tasting the wines. Taylor added that “This partnership is an exciting opportunity. I have always loved wine but tasting through a series of wines to create my own blend has been quite the educational experience and learning about winemaking is something I have really enjoyed. I look forward to sharing my new wines with family, friends, and fans of golf everywhere.”
Taylor Pendrith is a Canadian professional golfer currently competing on the PGA Tour. He is a two-time winner of PGA Tour Canada tournaments and a member of the international team in the 2022 Presidents Cup.
