John Randle Joins Morningstar Golf Club

Morningstar Golf Club announces the appointment of John Randle as the new Director of Golf.

“John Randle has created a reputation as a leader in golf instruction, and as an elite player” said Barrie McWha, long-time PGA of Canada Member and General Manager of Morningstar. “In his early career, John competed successfully on three different professional golf tours. He brings a wealth of experience to his new role and will be helping to enhance the golfing experience here with the launch of the Randle Golf Academy at Morningstar. We are excited to have John join the Morningstar team as we continue to raise the bar for golfers in the central Vancouver Island region. John will direct the Golf Shop operations, as well as the driving range and Academy programs.”  He will formally assume his role on April 1.

“I am very excited about joining the team at Morningstar. It is such an exciting time as Morningstar returns to its place as a go-to golf course on Vancouver Island.

The opportunity to launch the Randle Golf Academy at Morningstar and bring innovative and fun instructional programs to the property is going to very cool too!”

Morningstar Golf Club prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary by hosting the British Columbia Golf 2021 Provincial Junior Golf Championships. It is fitting that the Club currently enjoys a full membership with a waiting list for members, a revived restaurant: The Morningstar Grill, and a great team of committed staff, excited about the coming year and the Club’s future.
