Weeds controlled include: crabgrass, common chickweed, mouse ear chickweed, henbit, corn speedwell, hairy bittercress, heal-all, knawel, woodsorrel, dollar weed, volunteer bentgrass and so much more.
Unlike most herbicides, Mesotrione can be applied to newly seeded, over-seeded or newly planted Kentucky bluegrass, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, centipede grass as well as fine and creeping red fescue. Weeds sprout white and then die quickly without harming new grass.
