Located 15 minutes North of Toronto this 54 hole private club is offering a great opportunity for a keen culinary professional.

The Spring Lakes Golf Club, is searching for a Chef who will help the new owners grow all areas of the business. He or she is a “hands on” “roll up your sleeves” operational expert who fully understands that every memorable culinary experience begins behind the scenes with a commitment to consistent food offerings in a safe and efficient environment. He or she is also passionate about the development and delivery of “classic club” fair, while driving to continual improve themselves when striving to achieve the business goals.  This organized and creative individual is competent at managing relationships, such as with members, staff and suppliers. They have a passion for the culinary arts and are a positive communicator, deliver consistency, their actions define attention to detail, they exude humility and bring an open mind to the position daily.

Position:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chef is responsible for the management, direction and supervision of the BOH department including operations, procedural activities that support achieving identified goals. This individual is inspired to be exceptionally dedicated and passionate about delivering positive member experiences and in attaining business results. He or she will maintain and manage the culinary BOH aspect to the highest standards and is expected to implement industry best practices to achieve success within a collaborative and non egocentric environment.
