• Inventory of equipment and materials used in the operation of the golf course;

• Inventory of retail stock and supplies as they exist at closing;
• Receiver’s interest, if any, in the trade names “Owen Sound Golf and Country Club, Limited and Kenneth W. Rowe Limited, phone numbers, web site addresses and membership lists.
